"The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that the equipment to do a radiator flush was broken and has been for a while. I was referred to another location. That location was busy so it took a while to get the service. Having said that, the employees at both locations were excellent. Unbeknownst to me, the Apopka location even called the other location letting them know what happened and that I was coming their way. That was much appreciated. Normally I would give an experience like this like two stars. The way the employees handled it that's why I rated it higher. My comment is that the a focus needs to be given to having the necessary equipment to provide the services you advertise."
"Great customer service. Didn't try to sell me to hard on extra work. Showed me my oil color, my transmission fluid color and my air filter. Also emailed me a 15 dollar coupon to use for day of the service. Great place."

They check out so many areas of your car (filters, lights, fluids, etc) and it doesn't feel like a forced upsale.
