"I absolutely love this place! So many different services and yoga classes to choose from! I especially have to sing the praises of Wendy Martinez who gave me both an amazing massage and a wonderful facial in the past week. I've taken classes from three different instructors so far and enjoyed them all. Some classes are certainly more difficult for me than others, but I have felt comfortable with what I can and cannot do at this point and the instructors have helped with suggestions for less difficult approaches to a lot of the poses. I think i will be hanging out here quite a lot for quite a while!"

"I received a gift card for a massage and scrub for my birthday. I have several injuries in my neck and back, recent knee surgery, and arthritis. Andrea was my therapist and she was INCREDIBLE! She gave attention to the areas that needed it most, ensured she didn't apply too much pressure to areas that are sensitive, and always ensured I was comfortable on the table. The Essential Oils Mixing Bar is a unique addition. The scrub was luxurious and I left feeling refreshed. Also included the hot towels, hot stones, and singing bowl. All of these additions amplified the experience. Relaxing atmosphere, attentive kind staff, soothing music. Easily the best massage I've ever had!"
