"Just left there with both of my granddaughters, both got full set french tips, one of them the color is not all the way painted completely and is crooked, the other one was told french tip with red on tip, it looks like santas hat red nail, white tip with brush strokes in nail, told her again what we wanted but did not get it, the first one you can see through her nails, $65 each last time it was $45, this is the third time her nails have been messed up. Sitting in another salon to fix bad work....never again"

"I have never had an issue here ever and today will be my last time coming here. I told my nail tech 4 times my nail was crooked and she refused to fix it. She handed me the file to file it myself and then refused to discount my nails at all since she didn’t fix it. I am currently crying in my car because these nails are for my honeymoon and now I have to go get them redone somewhere else. I’m beyond disappointed in this nails salon. Shame on you guys for not fixing my nails when they are clearly crooked."
