"Terrible return policies on items that are purchased broken. When trying to return to the store with in an hour, they send me to return item to manufacture. Wow, can’t believe how things are now. Next time, just order online. Then wonder why people do not go in store shopping any longer."

"My boyfriend and I went in there this evening to get hair dye and just look around at everything since it's been a while since I went to a beauty supply store. We left there questioning ourselves about why we felt like it's a crime or something to browse the shelves. The lady named April was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us some space to freely look around for the most part. But the lady who ended up cashing us out named Deb was kinda rude and very short. She made us feel like we was being rushed out of the store while we was just trying to look around."

"Was struggling to find demi permanent aka deposit only color. I was told color lines stopped making it. Ummm...nope. I let them know that I'm a 47 yr master colorist/educator and it's needed for my over processed midshaft, and where I work is too busy to get it done. I needed No Ammonia. I was then told ALL color has ammonia. Again, nope, wrong. If they don't know basic color knowledge perhaps they shouldn't help people."

"The lady working here was very nice and helpful with my questions about hair dye, even showing me pictures on her phone of what she's done to her own hair. She made me feel a lot better with my choices and what I was picking!"

"Bought a pair of $15 scissors for cutting hair. Bought the wrong size by 1/2 an inch and had them less than 24 hrs. I didn’t use them I didn’t do anything with them except measure them next to my others and I needed to exchange them. They refused to exchange them for me for $15. They’d rather upset a customer instead of having a satisfied customer for doing the right thing. They said it is against store policy but didn’t have a good reason why. If there is a product that can’t be returned the clerk should tell you when you check out. She knew I wasn’t sure of the size when I bought them. They were nice about it and the clerk was nice when she sold them to me but poor policy."
