"Lindsay is wonderful! She was recommended after experiencing acute back and neck pain and I’ve been sold ever since! It’s the first time I’ve experienced massage therapy as actual THERAPY! She always adjusts her practice according to your body and my appointments have evolved as my original pain issue has become less acute and other issues arise. She is super knowledgeable and always incorporating new training techniques into her practice and she always has suggestions on how to incorporate stretches and other holistic approaches into your life to help combat pain and tension.
