"They do not even deserve (1) star. They canceled my tow through StateFarm even when trying to work with driver to meet at Walmart on Van Dyke. They told me that they knew the area. Apparently not, for the truck could come east on Martin or even met me at Walmart. Van Dyke was clear after 12 mile. Terrible people to work with."

"We called and after about 20 minutes waiting the tow truck came. Robert came out and after a little back and fourth brainstorming, he winched our boat out of a mucky area that was slowly sinking our trailer and tilting our boat and trailer to one side. It took about 30 minutes and we were happy to be out of that rut. Couldn’t be more happier to have chosen incredible towing for this service, and be back on solid land. He was also very helpful in guiding us to an actual boat ramp to launch out boat. Thank you so much!"
