"Shopping at the City Furniture in the Pembroke Pines location was a great experience because of their amazing sales rep, Olivia Surpris. When I came into the store Dec 2023, she was so kind and knowledgeable about all the furniture. When my husband and I went back Jan 2024 we were so glad we found her at the store and she was able to help us again. She’s extremely kind, intelligent and knows her stuff! She gave us ideas on how to set up the furniture so it would work perfectly in our new home. I’ve shopped at City Furniture in the past, but never have I had the 5 star shopping experience I had with Olivia. She’s a huge asset to this company and I will be recommending her to friends and family."

"Hi it’s my again until October 2023 to January 2024 I’m waiting for any answer for Kate I send two emails white all of the photos and I have the same issue this is a clear example of how great and awesome is the customer service in city furniture Not recommended in the store they lie to try to sell everything as the delivery guys are very unprofessional I was received a damage sofa and a week later I received a tech to fix the side because they not accepting back the damage items so everything about the warranty is lie don’t buy. Mr owner of the store I still waiting for someone contact me is pasting the first month and the sofa are suppose in warranty this unbelievable that bad service….."

"Staff were courteous. I was looking for a TV stand though I didn’t see the type I wanted but one of the staff helped me walk through the ones they have in the store and he was helpful. This location has a lot of lovely items in the store. The mattress section is like a small haven. Looking for a furniture, stop by here!"
