"One of the best Goodwill stores I have visited, excellent customer service, clean store, good items and above all the professionalism of its employees. I would like to highlight and give credit to the cashier "Lorely" who always takes care of my sister and I, ...her attention and dedication to help us goes extra miles from helping me with opening the front door (due to her cancer condition) to helping us with the items. We like to go shopping because we find good prices and the friendliness of your staff is mega professional."

I think the store manager should SERIOUSLY reconsider having her on the floor. I love this goodwill. Have been going for YEARS, this is absurd and outrageous she was so nasty I am appalled. "This is my favorite location in Broward county. It has clean bathrooms, it is well organized, the prices are consistent, and the staff is always friendly. It is a bit out of my way, but it's always worth the drive even if I don't make a purchase. The only thing that I could complain about is that they sometimes have more shoppers than carts."
"The staff were super friendly. I had a great conversation with one of the staff working there. Huge variety of clothing, as well as other things such as furniture, toys, technology, etc. Fitting rooms don't have benches, though, and bathrooms weren't at their best condition."
