"I’m in disbelief with my experience this morning. I donated a barely used (almost brand new) 4moms baby swing that costs around $250 just for the lady to grab it, careless THROW it in a BOX, actually MISS the BOX, let it fall on the FLOOR and BREAK IT. These people have zero care for the stuff you donate. It was so disappointing when you are just trying to help out people that can’t afford to buy expensive things and to keep job positions. Next time I will just post on Facebook marketplace."

"Store needs more organization on ladies dresses. They're a mess. Other stores have them by size and occasion by now. Customer line needs attention too. Sometimes we have to wait 20mn at least"
"Very nicely organized and clean. Staff was friendly as well. Just wish they hadn't raised the prices of their stuff. It's not a huge hike but still, I would've liked some of the stuff (clothing items in particular) to be cheaper. Other than that, it was a great place to shop and spacious enough to social distance, which made me feel comfortable."
