"I would like to take the time to give cashier Ms.Tilly a compliment. As she is very helpful and pleasant. She displays managerial qualities and always a pleasure to check out with. I tried to submit this compliment via home depot survey and it prompted a message that said my user ID and password was used already. Despite the fact the survey online was having issues; I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to talk about all of wonderful qualities Ms. Tilly possess. Thank you Home Depot!"
"I've been going to home depot for many years but this time for the first time I had an employee that actually was great at his job and directed me threw the store and helped me find what I needed plus more . His name is Shawn Williams millworks he had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. I hope home depot recognize him for his great customer service and his knowledge they need more employees like him ."
"I went here on a normal weekday (not pre-hurricane or anything) and the lines were the longest I've ever seen. Also, there was absolutely no good customer service at all. Most of the employees working there spend all their time just chatting with each other and on their phones instead of actually helping a customer. The two young women at the paint section claimed ALL of their paint mixers were broken. We ended up at Lowe's instead and got our paint and other items."
"Huge store. Bring lots of patience. Not conveniently located. Parking lot is a huge disaster. Lotts of employees hanging out in little groups. No cashiers. You better be a self serv customer. Their are a handful of employees doing their best , while the store falls apart. It's obvious that this store hasn't had market director walk in a while or the standards are non exciting. Sorry Home Depot this store sucks."
