"Ordered $108 online pickup. Arrived at the store, went to the pickup section hit the service button twice in 10 minutes but no one appears. Asked manager walking towards me if he was the employee for the pickup service, he said no bit he could take care of it. I said I had been waiting 10 minutes for someone and his response was a curt "well it's a big store ma'am" There's you pickup employee over there pulling a dolly fill of boxes. Agitated, I said I'm canceling the order. He responded "you can't cancel an order". Then I promptly canceled the order."

"Would give zero stars if I could! I’ve been going to Total Wine for years. I enjoy their selection and price. I went to get my favorite liquor, and was browsing other liquors. When an employee asked if I needed help I replied no. Then the employee followed me everywhere throughout the store. Staring at me nonstop. Making me very uncomfortable. I proceeded to checkout and the cashier at the other register was staring at me. Super weird, stay away unless you liked be racially profiled while shopping. Especially if you are African American Never Again!"
