"My family recently requested installation from Storm Smart and was advised that it could take up to three months. We did not hear from the company at the three month mark and had to call numerous times to get updates on our install. They were eventually installed at around the four month mark with very little communication. After installation, we were told we would get a call from the county inspector for a date of inspection by around two weeks. After two weeks of no calls, my husband called and was advised that we were never scheduled and needed to call to make the appointment. The shutters are great quality. The communication is poor quality."
