Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Price Crossing

"I've always had exceptional experiences here from some of the staff. Today was just one example. The deli manager, I believe his name was Deron, went above and beyond for me. He was not only knowledgeable about the product I was searching for, but ordering capabilities and checking other stores inventories. Thank you to him especially, and also to upper management for employing such great people like him at this location."

"The deli over here can be unconsistent , They had zero salads available , So she offered to make me one witch i appreciated , But when they made it they cut the lettuce so fine it was almost like dust ! Then they say what else ? I said everything that goes with the cob salad and they had no idea how to make it , So i said that's ok I'll get a sub sandwich instead , I said let me get the deluxe sandwich , They where like i don't know how to make that either , How do these employees have jobs if they aren't able to make anything? Do they even train there employees here? And then when i got my sandwich they charged me ten dollars$ when normally my sub is always 7.35$ , This was definitely a bad experience ..."

"Publix is pricier than other grocery stores and we still use them when I have to go into the store to shop. I cannot drink the milk from Publix as it always has an odd flavor. The sun's and hot dishes are always on point. I go to Publix for everything baked I need to buy. There is a worker in the Bakery most nights who is the most helpful and upbeat person in the store. His name is Seth - I always work with him. I am saddened that Publix has finally crumbled and put in self checkout. I hate this. The was the last chain that had full cashier coverage. It really puts me off but at least if you are willing to wait you can get a real person."

"The staff at this specific location are super nice and helpful if I ever need it. There also always accommodating & unlike others places their priority is the customer and their satisfaction. Thanks again and have a blessed and safe week."
