"This store & workers are wonderful. Unfortunately the “manager” has ruined the store for us. Carly is the rudest, most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with. She was not only ignorant from the beginning, instead of helping the confused cashier, she threw my receipts at me..using a very snide tone & over exaggerated face expressions. . Once she realized she WAS actually wrong after all she didn’t even apologize or shoe any care about the behavior she just exhibited. I didn’t deserve or appreciate any of it!"
"Wow their prices are ridiculous, it's chaotic there and it was not a warm welcoming feeling there. If you ask them for something, it's as if you are bothering the employees. Been to many other Goodwills and this was my least favorite, also they have no discount days. I paid $50 for a beat up tricycle, 1 purse and 4 shirts, all noticeably used."
"I went to your store and I was and I was feeling a light headed so I sat down. The woman who had blue and blonde short hair bringing out the bins. She saw me sitting down and said to me. You can’t sit down? I told her I got MS and she just walked away from me. She didn’t ask me if I needed help or give me a bottle of water. This is the worst customer service. I just can’t believe you are hiring employees who act that way to conduct your business. She was so awful!! she should be fired on the spot. I worked at a company that has a great customer service and to take care of the customer in my store. All I know I won’t be shopping at you store. The employees yelling at screaming I’m older than her and I never felt so modified in my life."
"The absolute craziest most insane place in North Port! If you suffer from some social anxiety or just don't like crowds etc this might not be for you unless you find out when the slowest time of the day is and go then. Otherwise if your a hunter in the wild that's where to go! I've seen some of the greatest deals ever over there. Go and see."
