"Edit: I love the people working there, but for 7 months I’ve been unable to get a call back about changing my credit card it number and even after moving out I’m being charged, when I call the customer service center, they can’t even confirm if I have an active account or transfer me to a supervisor…. It’s a shame corporate ruins the reputation the employees work so hard for Rowan does an amazing job. I rented here for almost 2 years and she went out of her way multiple times. Most recently she came running out to help me when it was a holiday and the place was closed."

"2nd UPDATE: This unethical company has once again just randomly charged my credit card for even more, again with zero notification. How a company like this can be so unethical and devious, but still allowed to stay in business is shocking. In less than a year they have raised their automatic billing by over 75% and not once given advance notice. They have also not provided one improvement over the last owner. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You'll thank me for this advice. UPDATE: It has been 2 1/2 days since the company stated publicly they'd reach out to try to "make it right." As of now, they have made no attempt to reach me by text, phone, nor email. This is becoming another way of demonstrating unethical business behavior. The public needs to know how they actually do business, preferably before getting into business with them. StorSafe - Follow through with your statement, and step it up to be ethical and I promise I'll update this review accordingly. For now, it is dropped to 2 stars due to a new demonstration of unethical actions and ongoing activity. When it was Storage Bins, it was great. Most of the reviews on here now are for those folks, and not the new owners. The new owners have changed nothing about the place and increased the cost of storage by nearly 25%. Furthermore, they make policy changes and changes in prices without giving any prior notice to current renters. When asked to show proof where they gave notice of any of the changes made, they are unable to do so. If you rent here now with the new owners, you will likely get a sudden hike in the charge on your card on file without ever getting a prior notice, then they are rigid about any refunds leaving you with likely the only way to resolve it being take the matter to court. Do your research and look around the area. There are BETTER PLACES AROUND than this one now that they've changed ownership."

"This place is one of the friendliest I've ever experienced. The staff is extremely helpful and has great communication. It's also one of the more affordable storage unit places I have been too. If I could give more then 6 stars, this place would be getting 100 stars thanks to the staff."
