"⚠️ Be warned. Do Not Buy from this company. Alex is the CEO, owner, and the one to deliver and install...so it does no good to report him to the company. He is polite, but a cheat, basically a thief, & a liar. Takes your money, leaves you junk appliances that look good but are faulty or broke, and not cheap. The warranty is useless because he doesn't come back or fix things. He made appointments to come but never showed, never warned he wasn't going to make it. Poor communication skills. After a few calls, he quit taking calls or answering. Pictures: he used an adhesive / "special glue" to jury rig "fix/seal" the oven door. I was told by another company 7/10/23 that it's an incorrect fix; dropping the stove broke the track the door sits in, and lost the clips that hold it in place 1. Shattered glass, he dropped the stove in the driveway, broken oven door 2. Knobs - he just swapped the faulty ones from one side to the other 3. One side of bottom oven door, not sealed 4. Other side of bottom oven door, not sealed."

"Purchased a kitchen set (Stove, over the range Microwave, Refrigerator, built in dish washer) in December 2021. Appliances were delivered on time and all seemed good. Went to use the dishwasher and it did not work. My husband contacted Anthony and he brought him parts. Parts were replaced and the dishwasher still does not work. Anthony then told my husband that he would just trade it out for another one. Anthony never showed with the other dishwasher and now does not return calls or texts. Would not recommend purchasing from this place."

"(Edited 2/17/2022)Purchased 4 Piece kitchen appliance set. Dealing with Alex was easy and merchandise arrived as described. All appliances are in working order and would definitely use this company again. Communication and service was Excellent. Saving was substantial ! Update 2 Months later. Dishwasher had broken upper tray and heating element did not work. Tried to work with Alex for 2 Months, He did try to make good and brought me another upper rack that was not correct and a heating element. Dishwasher still does not work and Alex promised to replace. After repeated phone calls that went to Voice Mail. I left messages when Voice Mail was not full and did not receive any satisfaction. End result is I am currently on Permanent Ignore with my Non Functioning Dishwasher. Very Poor Customer Service and do Not Recommend this Company. Was promised Replacement and had delivery scheduled 3 Times and Alex was a NO Show, No Call !!!"

"I must say that I was very skeptical about getting appliances from this company based on some of the reviews that I read. However I am VERY pleased with the great customer service that I received. The owner communicated with me on every aspect, from the ordering process, the delivery status, and any updates that I needed to know. When they delivered my complete kitchen appliance set the driver set everything up for me and also made sure everything was working. I have 2 rental properties that I own that needs updated appliances and I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you Alexander for keeping your word and delivering a great experience, you have truly got a customer for life with me!"
