"My rental was arranged by my insurance company which paid the rental fee. The first and second cars were not to my liking, but the third car was perfect. The manager, Chasten, was helpful, pleasant and responsive to my requests. After 6 weeks, my car was ready to be picked up. I returned the rental to a location closer to my repair facility and they had a driver take me to where my car was located. Everyone was very helpful, positive and a joy to work with. They all made a difficult situation much, much better."

"Reserved an SUV four months in advance. Called a week prior to pick up to make sure they would have an SUV. Was told they would have one available. Pick up day there was about 8 people trying to get a car that they reserved and was told they didn't have any cars available. We were told they didnt have anything to give me. They acted like they really didn't care about the reservation or the call prior to the pick up date. This place is a joke."

"This location needs to focus on efficiency. For two months, I had a reservation to rent a car at 10am on a Monday. I had to wait 45 minutes while they took the car to be cleaned. I was told that there were many unexpected customers before my arrival which was typical for a Monday. I would recommend an increase in staff on Mondays, and cars to be cleaned before the customer is made to wait."

"Once again, they have managed to completely screw up my reservations and plans for the weekend. This is the second time I have tried renting a van (or any 7 passenger vehicle) from them, and the second time they have been unable to fulfill that reservation. I have used Enterprise exclusively for almost 10 years, and this branch is the only place that consistently seems to be incapable of filling reservations. I called them a day before my reservation, and the guy on the phone said they CONFIRMED they would have my van cleaned and ready to go the next day. I show up the next day, half an hour before my reservation, and they tell me the vehicle has maintenance issues, so I can't use it. They don't have any backups either, due to some shortage. Another fellow shows up asking for a large SUV, they tell him the same story. That guys stomps out furiously after scolding the worker. Now the guy helping me is scrambling to find another vehicle in nearby branches, to no avail. They tell me there's nothing they can do for me, AGAIN. I have asked them what else I'm supposed to be doing to make sure I get my reservations filled. I have called ahead to make sure, I have reserved weeks in advance etc.. He says there's nothing they can do about it, something about because they are a "smaller branch". Save yourself the headache and just book with another branch, or just use the airport rental. Maybe if you're looking for a small sedan, you might actually get a rental to work out for you here, but even then several people were waiting in the lobby, either for a car or to find out if they will even get a car. When I asked if I should just stop using this branch, the guy just kind of shrugged. Definitely won't be back, after having failed me TWICE, both times ruining my plans, leaving me to figure out how to get another rental the DAY OF. Absolutely useless branch."
