"The guy with cornrows or short dreads, I forget what they’re called, was hugely helpful. My car was out so fast, I think in part because I came at a good time and they didn’t have a big line. I left my car, went to Publix on foot for a sec to use the restroom and grab something to eat. He was done before I could even get something to eat! He said he would work on it (swapping a flat tire for a new one) himself if they didn’t get inundated with calls and other folks coming in. Sure enough that’s what he did! I know I got lucky in a way, but still awesome that he did that. Really nice guy and I’m really happy with how fast it was. In fact, it was faster than just the line at Walmart! Isn’t that crazy? I waited in line for almost an hour there just to be told it wouldn’t be until the end of the day just for a single tire. Their operation at Walmart is really slow and inefficient. Not to mention not many workers. But here, things went great. They saved me a lot of waiting."

"Anthony and the guys here are great! Walmart sold me tires, then refused to put them on the car after making me wait 40 minutes with a 7am appointment. The guys at Firestone not only worked me in with no appointment, they stayed late to do the front end alignment on my car, too! I will definitely be going back."

"Made an appointment five days ago for an alignment at 9am. Listened to the manager upgrade a customer over the phone for an alignment. So I got bumped for an upgrade to someone else. To spite me sitting in the store waiting..I might be in here for a re alignment but since I am not paying anything today I am pretty much on standby to spite my appointment. Brought it to their attention and no response. Go some where else for your alignment. 45 min later they start my car. They also forgot to give me back my lock key to my rims on my original alignment. Causing me to go to the Dealership."
