"Bought a part recently and although the part that was sold was going bad already they refused to give the money back for the part. Being told every single piece of the A/C system needs to be replaced in order to get a refund is not how businesses should operate when trying to have repeat business. Will not be doing business with this company every again. Update from Owner Response: I do not believe in threatening a person or being hostile just because I do not agree with a practice. If this was done by someone else working on the project than I do not approve of this and am truly sorry you had to deal with that. This being said, I was told from the offset nothing would be done to help financially period (this truly making an impact because of getting the system vacuumed out and charged which was an additional 140$ on top of the original cost.)"

"Buyer Beware we were recommended to this place via another Salvage yard who provides excellent service free delivery and exceptional customer service. Purchased a PCM waited on UPS that the customer must pay or a courier service that shows up when they want at no point did they ever say you could not return a used part that was faulty & confirmed by the Diagnostic company who could not connect due to a failed unit. Called to get the refund with the paperwork stating it was faulty and were advised they don't return computers; never upfront during the sales process as he stated it cane from a unit with a bad engine it should be good never adding the disclaimer if it ain't oh well with the passive aggressive we been doing it for 17 years. Ruthless stay away use Gagels or anyone else for that matter. Barely used my foot."

"Have the typical experience with Toyota parts dept $1,300 for a AC control panel found one from the friendly fellas at barely and they truly amazed me 35 for the part and we even got the fake wood trim already on it. these guys work wonders highly recommend them"

"It took 3 tries over 2 months to fix an AC problem which only got worse and worse, my Dash was put together sloppy and wrong, they have fixed it. However I did receive my money back after asking several times. Had to threaten them with a civil suit and BBB. Then today I go pick up my car still not fixed and they said they fix something for me for free I thought it was just a nice gesture until I go look at the part. they broke my center console and put in a filthy bug-infested disgusting thing in its place. The console that they put in is the wrong console the car now is very hard to put into park and the AC does not work in the console they put in for the back seats it was just fine before they destroyed it. Go elsewhere trust me. Absolutely absurd service took months and many excuses from them. Beyond dissatisfied."
