Robert was the only one who actually explained that one part of my problem could be causing several others. He said just replace this one part first and then if it doesn’t correct it we will fix the other items. "I have been here a few times for services starting with smaller jobs to see if this is a mechanic I can trust as I can and frequently do much of my own repairs. This job was too big and complex for me though so I took my van here for some major repairs. The results and communication about the work that needed to be done was outstanding. I feel like my job was not only done well but care was taken along the way to explain what could be and what turned out to be issues that needed to be addressed. I was given an opt-out along the way too. All OEM parts were used and my vehicle is back in the road. I will definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy shop, come here."
