"His podcast with CoverWhale helped me choose the carrier a while back so thank you. Unfortunately much of the information on the podcast is deceitful, CoverWhale wrote my policy and 4xx other policies all while knowing their "AI" technology was down and should have not been accepting new policies whom met qualifying requirements to receive a quote. Well, I thought some feedback to Florida Risk would help but the owner proceeded to let me know his body type and size, inform me of being a Keyboard warrior and threatening me over a phone call. The other 1star review sounds exactly like the gentleman I just spoke to, not surprised. Merry Xmas."

"I don't know what happened in the last year, However, What was once an outstanding insurance company has turned into probably the worst experience I have had in a long time. 3days waiting on a quote, then to be yelled at and belittled by the owner for being a little upset. I will never recommend or use them again"
