"Overall the efficiency at first was great and professional when I called to have my passenger rear window repaired. Going forward after a few days of the repair, the window fell in between the door. I had to pull up to Auto Glass location to get it fixed again. Now that the window is fixed, I’m getting an error on my dashboard that the window is open when it’s completely rolled up.When I do roll it down, to roll it back up it just rolls back down as I’m attempting to roll my window up. I’ve reached back out and he informed me to call back the next day, I did and of course no answer. The experience was exhausting, time consuming, and overall a nightmare after the repairs were done."
