"Stopped in because I was having problems starting my car. I was greeted and helped by Cher. She very pleasant and helpful. She tested my battery and starting system. She explained everything she was doing. Turned out I had a short in my ground. Excellent customer service and attention to the details! Would recommend this store to anyone! "I had to replace a headlight and a wiper blade on my car today. Dustin installed both for me, I was so pleased. He was knowledgeable, courteous, polite and overall a great young man! Thanks, Dustin!! With that being said, unfortunately, I have to say the manager, an older man, came outside to my car as Dustin was installing my parts. He was very condescending towards Dustin and quite rude and unprofessional. I felt so bad for Dustin...he took it in stride and never said anything negative in return. Thanks to Dustin, I'll continue being a customer, but I will definitely avoid the manager!"
"Jacob R was extremely pleasant and helped change a battery. He provided excellent customer service on the other hand. The so-called store manager was useless, had an attitude and stated that they don’t change our batteries in the dark. I’ll be calling the district manager to complain about him. He was horrible. Hopefully Jacob will be promoted and the other guy terminated"
"They took long to help me find a car battery also they didn't find my commercial account I buy the battery and doesn't have any tools to change it and they policy said they will help you to change the battery the cashier said he can't help me I offer him a tip or if I can use there tools to do it by my self and he said no,the front door they have a sign offer free loan tools which is not true bad experience in the store I will never go back to this store"
