"Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for 4 tires to be replaced and ended up leaving with a broken TPMS sensor, which they are claiming I never had. I had zero issues with my TPMS gauges beforehand, so I know this is a perfect example of automotive malpractice, especially so since when I brought up the issues they were quick to jump to purchasing 4 new TPMS sensors and having it installed through Walmart. The experience became even worse when I had already driven home and called their office to receive some sort of clarity as to why my tire pressure gauges were no longer working. I was left on hold for 30 minutes hearing all of the background noise in their office, knowing they were waiting for me to hang up. So I was forced to drive back to the establishment, just to be misled yet again with zero accountability for their wrongdoings. If I could less than zero stars, I would. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to bring your vehicle here if you have ANY other option of vehicle maintenance."

"Had an oil change. Booked online. Showed up and they changed the oil. Good value. Nice staff. In and out in about 50 minutes."

"Been going to this location for a few years now because it is close to my work.I have had multiple oil changes, new battery, even my tires are from there. I always drop off my car and then pick it up after work. Because of that I usually have to arrange rides to take me to and from. Yesterday I dropped off my car for an oil change. They called me a few hours later to tell me my battery was bad and that they could but a new one in. I agreed and asked if they could also replace my windshield wiper blades, the lady on the phone said yes. Later on I got a call that my car was ready. About 5:45 I picked up my car and as I was heading home I realized the price was a lot cheaper than I had expected, so I checked my receipt. Come to find out that the oil change was never completed! I called them and told me they would speak to the manager. I go in this morning to drop it off again, and asked if they could give me a discount due to the mistake on their part and also why they would not have done it. The lady at the counter said it could be because it was declined (which made no sense because if it was wouldn't they have called me to say that?) She said only the manager could give a discount and she wont be in today. So I left and said I would take me business elsewhere! I never even got an apology."

"Maria is the worst, her customer service is horrible and she’s raciest. If you’re not Spanish she will do everything not to help you. She will act as if she doesn’t hear you, she will walk away and help everyone else. She has no I can help attitude she gives every excuse in the book and tell you oh corporate won’t do anything to her she’s basically untouchable. Corporate has been contacted for further review on her. If someone could watch the cameras you would see exactly what she does. Go to Mavis across the street they are always willing to help even when they can’t they will give u advice on what you can do va what Walmart can never do"
