Drew's RV Techs

"We picked up our RV on Dec 5th after being at Drew's RV Techs for 5 months. The RV Repair & Renovation project is a mess, the RV is not usable for family guests or travel; the sink was installed, but the plumbing is not connected, loose, unconnected electrical wires, slide does not work, the quality of interior renovation is poor, e.g. there is a 4" circular hole in the kitchen floor and the slide ripped the flooring. We were promised a quality project, there are insufficient words at this time to describe our disappointment."

"I did not ask for a extension cord. The only reason I give them 1 star is to leave a comment to warn others they lie to you rude aggressive. I asked for a certain part I receive the wrong part. Before I gave them my money I asked if this is wrong part can I bring it back I was told yes we will see what we can do. I bring it back and was told Drew would be mad at them if they took part back. Then I reminded him of him telling me we would work something out so I suggest exchange and mentioned I was having plumbing issues and I started looking around for something I may need. Customer reps ignore me and I walked out upset because they gave me wrong part after I asked when I purchased it what to expect. If I would have been told final sale I would have never gave them 130 not knowing if it was right part. I went back in to ask to speak to Drew or whoever because I felt robbed. As I was explaining they should not lie to customer I accidentally knocked Christmas decoration over and the sales lady came behind the counter as I was picking up decoration apologize it was accidental. She was so close to me I accidentally bumped her. Then she she smart mouth oh your not going to say excuse me. Sorry I don't have respect for people who lie to me and take my money. This economy is tough times for everyone and they just took food from my mouth. Never again."

"Dealing with Drew's was a fantastic experience. While it is fun to browse the superstores for RV gadgets, the staff at Drew"s were very friendly and took care of my needs. They went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule and provided a service that seems impossible in current post-COVID circumstances. It is so frustrating out there and what should have taken weeks or months was solved in 24 hours. Thank you Drew's!"

"We came across Drew's from Google search for Lance dealers in Florida and found the new Lance 1062 camper we had researched and selected in their inventory. I emailed Drew's on Saturday night not expecting to hear from them until Monday or Tuesday. Savannah actually prepared a quote for the camper and the truck modifications I asked for on her day off and emailed me back Sunday morning! This is just one example of the customer service you can expect at Drew's. We live nearly 2.5 hrs away from Drew's and as promised when we arrived to pickup the camper it was loaded and ready to go. An RV Tech (also on a day off) patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were good to go. We even got the home brew recipe to keep the wasps out of the camper (valuable tip in Florida!) Lastly, the price... I still cant figure out how a 'small' dealer is able to absolutely hands down beat the large mega dealers, Drew's has figured it out. Superb service and hands down best pricing give Drew's a 5 star performance review"

"We needed the main awning replaced on our 5th wheel. We had the original code of the awning from the tag which is located on the metal roller. We stopped in at the office and the staff there was able to match the size and style of the awning we needed, we picked the color we liked from the catalog they were able to to give us a price for the awning, labor and estimate installation date. This just took a few minutes because the staff is well trained. The office kept us informed by telephone several times on the day and time when the crew would be out for the installation. The crew of 3 came out, showed us the the awning verifying the correct color & size. It took the crew less than an hour to install the job. Drew was there to make sure the job was done right. We had additional work done at the same time, he discovered an incorrect bulb for the porch light and the crew correct the alinement on my slide-out for just a few dollars more, since the crew were already on site. My wife and I are very satisfy with the good job done."
