"BUYER BEWARE! Although the sales person was very knowledgeable this store does NOT handle any warranty issues in-house. I spent $249.99 for a 10 year warranty only to discover I have to cover a $72 parts charge as well as pay for a technician to come out. This part of the warranty was not explained to me. At this point I would purchase another bed without any movable parts however Mattress Firm will not haul away the metal rails or large control box under the bed. Better off not purchasing a warranty. Very very disappointed in this entire experience with Mattress Firm."
"Aaron was super helpful, kind and patient with us while we tried out mattresses. Our son was with us and the two other gentlemen made paper airplanes with our son and had a competition! It was hilarious. This is a great team of guys! Vary friendly and helpful !!"

Mr Angel was a very friendly and professional in welcoming me inside and assist me in finding the right cooling pillow for sleep issues and provided me with a great deal and a discount for my work profession. Definitely recommend it here and would like to come here in the near future to exchange my old mattress for a new cooling one to improve my sleeping habits ^^"
