A technician responded and fixed the problem in a timely manner for a reasonable price. John continues to help me as needed while I work on warranty reimbursement. "I contacted them to try and get a luggage door fixed because it was leaking water inside and i had a motor problem with a slide controller. Its new and under warranty. The first tech came out and proceeded to take pictures and what not. Went months without a fallow up. The owner came back and apologized saying that he would take care of the situation and is now ducking my phone calls and texts. I initially contacted them around the end of June it is now October and i still do not have the luggage door fixed! I have to have a certified tech do the work on my brand new camper to keep the warranty. Stay away! Here is a update as of dec 20th Here is the proof that there work is garbage. This is after they changed the door. You can see light coming through the seal. All i was asking is that they honor there work. He is very unprofessional by updating his responses and attacking someone with a legitimate concern about there work."

"We had an awning tear discovered while we were home in NY and couldn’t get repairs done before we had to travel south for work. We found True Test by word of mouth in the RV Resort we are staying at. John and his crew were fantastic! When we tried to bring the awning in for them to start, the motor wouldn’t work! That was a problem we didn’t anticipate and we actually had another awning motor from when we purchased the RV used last year. They replaced that first then got to work with replacement awning and light strip. We mentioned a couple other things we needed to have fixed and they are coming back this morning to do those minor repairs. Cannon and Antonio are great young men who know what they are doing! John is professional and courteous and seems to be a great mentor to these young men getting started in the RV repair service. It’s a busy time of year with seasonal guests arriving and needing work done so waiting for one week for supplies to come and the job to be finished seems very good to us.
