"My husband and I visited yesterday. I've been looking for the perfect picture for our living room for almost 2 months. They had so many options and I fell in love with one right away. Grabbed a bunch of things. The store was clean and smelled amazing. The staff was super helpful as well."

"Bad experience with the staff and this store. I was told over the phone to come to the store for a table top event in early November to purchase a dining table I was interested and would be offered a discount. I drove to this store at the advice of the store employee to receive the discount. When I arrived at the store they took over an hour or more going back and forth and ultimately bait and switched me. They informed me that the discount and the dining table are not available. I wasted my time waiting around and going up to this store. Their staff are not trained well. I ordered the table online. When it arrived it was damaged. The table is out of stock now. I will be shopping somewhere else. I am stuck with a Kirkland credit card from the table top event I do not want. I will be returning the table and the chairs but the problem is that the customer service folks are giving a hard time about it now at their 1-800 number. It has been less than 30 days. The day I received the table I called the customer service to report it damaged. No one is trained to help effectively to turn around a customer experience. Kirkland would rather accept loss than create accountability which could keep a customer by turning it around. I would just keep this in mind before you purchase anything from them and shop somewhere else."
