"I had a pretty great experience. I can’t remember her name, but her last name was Vasques. She’s from PR. I went in with my uncle to potentially get a car. She was very helpful. Definitely understood what I was trying to do for him. She explained everything clearly and even acted as a really good professional car sales person. I recommend her highly give this woman a raise! besides being professional and smart she was pretty cute too. Js."

"Worst service center ever. I took my vehicle to fix an alternator problem, and it came out with more problems. The key is not being recognized and the remote function is useless. They supposedly repaired it when they handed me the vehicle, and two weeks after I'm here with an useless key. They never answer the phone, and their wait times for everything is hours and days. Seriously, this service center has messed up my car. Every time that they fix something, I have to go back for something else they messed up. This is my 5th time this year going there because of their inability to fix problems and ability to create more. I highly recommend not going there. They make you waste your time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a disappointment!"

"Rude unapologetic incompetence. Got a manufacture recall, made an appointment and after 30 hours, I’m advised part must be ordered. Rescheduled a new appointment for 3 weeks later. My vehicle has been there for 10 hours and still not done. This terrible service is good for Tropical Ford. Just bought a 2020 Ford Edge from them. Pity because I really like the the Nissan Rogue but can’t, in good faith, support this dealership."

"This location seems to be always packed and crazy. When you arrive to drop off the vehicle, no one welcomes you in a polite and nice way. They look at you, and they do not even do anything about to help you understand their logistic. Even if you have an appointment apparently is a waste of time. By the time 20 min later, someone approaches your vehicle, the attitude of advisors is miserable. You can immediately think that they do not want to work there. If you do not want to work in a place, just quit and find what you like to do so you can treat people politely. I'm definitely not coming back again to this location. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO EFFICIENCY, WASTE OF TIME."
