"I went to this location positive I wanted a starter. Was approached by Sarah, she started asking questions about what was going on with the car. Told her my car wants a starter, it's not starting and I was being very rude too tbh. She asked if i had difficulty starting the ignition? If I got a chance to hunk the horn? If the car had any electrical malfunctions going on? I said let me talk to a man because women don't know nothing about cars. She gave a smile and pointed to a Jamaican man next to her on the other computer. He said he understood my concern because he is just like that too. Don't take certain advice from females. He then went on the computer to find the starter that my car uses. The great Sarah intervene AGAIN. She said Glenn, can you please go outside and check his battery. Which he did. To my surprise the car wanted a battery and not a starter, I felt so ashamed. When I went back inside to purchase the battery instead, She had that same smile. I told her thanks . Her reply was you're most welcome sir, that's what I'm here for. I had another problem about 3 days after with another car of mine. I tried to go straight to her but she was busy on the commercial side of the store this time. I waved to her and she waved back. I'm sorry for doubting you Sarah. Wanted to say that in person but didn't get the chance to."
"Don’t like the service at all I ordered a part in person lady told me it would arrive Wednesday went Wednesday to pick up part wasn’t there spoke with caeser who was helpful stated my parts were never ordered so he fixed it called Friday spoke with a woman who clearly wasn’t listening to anything I said I repeated more then once why I was calling placed me on hold for 5 mins and thought I was trying to order over phone I admit I did get annoyed with her and stated I wanted a refund she stated commercial was closed and that I had to wait until the next day to get a refund when it was only 7"
"They usually have the parts I need for my car and I appreciate that but I can't get around Sarah's poor customer service. She doesn't need to interact with people she seems miserable and she's rude!"
