"Prices for parts are somewhat higher than other chain auto parts stores. Online orders are never filled by the time promised on the website. Whenever I go to the store to pick up the online order, it's never completed and ready for pick up. I always have to wait for the store associate to find the order, locate the part and then do the paperwork. Associates need to be better trained."
"I went in yesterday to get my battery tested because I had trouble starting my car. They acted like they didn’t want to help me purchase a battery because it was 7:30pm and they didn’t feel like doing it. That’s just real lazy! They told me to go to AutoZone across the street for them to help me. DEFINITELY WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN!"
"Bought a car battery from here about a month ago, got home and the battery was completely dead. I brought it in to exchange it and they said "no no we'll just charge it for you". I waited 3 hours and it was still dead when I got back home. Brought it in to exchange it again and suddenly my phone number was no longer in the system so they wouldn't do it. It's incredible that you guys ever had a single returning customer. The worst service I could've asked for"
