"There needs to be more than 1 person working at the store. The employee was busy with someone making a purchase at the counter, so I looked around the store until I found what I needed. I got in line to pay and waited 10 minutes while the employee continued to look for a hard to find part for the other customer. I needed to get back to work, so I left without being able to purchase what I needed. This was my first visit to O'Reilly's and based on the service I received, I won't be back. I usually go to Advance Auto Parts or Autozone. I have never been to either store, when only one person was there to service the entire store."

"Asked the “gentleman” (Scott I THINK) at the counter if he could scan my car. He went to the back to get someone to watch the store so he could do it. But he said to his coworkers, “can someone watch the front of the store? This dumb*** needs his dumb*** car scanned.” When I confronted him he obviously became sheepish. I asked for the manager, Rick, and Rick gave me attitude over it. Terrible."
