"I purchased my item online and was charged for UPS shipping. When I received my item, I noticed the package was sent via USPS at a much cheaper rate. When I called Denny and suggested he refund the difference in shipping, he got irate and started dropping F bombs. I politely hung up and called my credit card company and provided the receipt and the box label. Clearly they agreed with me and refunded the difference. This might come as a surprise, but Denny did not like this. So he called the delivery location and demanded to speak to Arturo (who ???), when the receptionist said she had no idea who Arturo was, Denny demanded to speak to the owner and started berating the receptionist. Great parts selection Reasonable prices Poor business ethics Horrible customer service"
