"CHECK THEM OUT!!!!! I went to Raine Tire and Auto because I needed tires. All I can say is that this place is amazing and so caring and helpful. Being a woman and having them treat me with so much respect and consideration was absolutely the best. I have been to places that have been horrible. I went to them for tires but to find out I needed much more. Two weeks before going to them I went and got an oil change and I asked if I needed any other work, I was told no. I like to keep my maintenance up to date because I drive a cadillac escalade esv platinum. When I went to Raine Tire and Auto, I found out I needed brakes and rotors. They made sure to take me outside to show me that my brakes and rotors were not safe and metal to metal. That's something that can be appreciated because at least that lets me know they aren't trying to pull one over on me. Plus come to find out that when I had my oil changed done at the other place they didn't top of the fluids off nor let me know I was overdue for a tune up. They told me what was going on and what I needed and what I could wait on. They explained everything fully and kept me up to date with everything they were doing. Since it was quite a bit of work to be done I left my vehicle there and I called and bugged them many times. They were always kind and patience and answered all my questions. They did such a fantastic job. They kept my vehicle clean inside and out. Being a woman and a mom of three I would recommende them to whoever needs service. They have great prices and is a shop who treats you like you are family. I will continue going back to them for all my needs."
