"If you order online with the online store for merchandise pickup at the store. I would call and verify that the item is in fact in stock. I've ordered twice and both times it said it was in stock just to drive over 30 minutes to get there and be told "Sorry, that item isn't in stock". Even though the website said it was. Waste of my time, gas and wear & tear on my vehicles. When will the overpriced Office Depot / Office Max leadership in the ivory towers get their act together and fix these issues and actually earn their place in their position? Oh, sure they'll price match, but it seems like you have to pull teeth and do the footwork for them to get back the price difference and they don't even offer to beat the price by 5% or 10%. Buyer beware, definitely do price comparison with what you need before committing to buying."
"I'm pretty slow when it comes to shipping and I had no idea what I was doing, Brooke was very patient and helped me through the whole process and I barely had to lift a finger. If I ever need to ship anything I will definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you very much Brooke for your service and your good attitude, keep up the good work!!!"
"they should close this place down . 3 people working in the whole store. No bathrooms . nothing is in stock . I waited 45 minutes just to get someone to help me tell me that 90 percent of all office chairs are out of stock . then the attitude once they do come around to help. again if this si the best they can do close the store. I bought a 400 dollar chair Id be willing to bet that was the biggest purchase of the day , run away from this store . the only thing that does work here is the cash register ... but of course it is right..."
"Only 1 extra large Calendar. They were priced at $38.99!! No one to help me buy a computer, so I didn't. Staples will get the sale, not you!! The 2 check out desks had CLOSED SIGNS on them!! Where the hell do you check out when the desks are closed?? A lady 2nd in line at the printing desk said the line was over there, so I got behind her. The girl who checked me out was helping a customer with a sale and checking me out at the same time. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!"
