"I was over charged on my account by 80.00 dollars, called back the same day to advise them of it was told a refund will be given for the overcharged amount. That was on a Saturday. Today is Tuesday and my refund still is not there. Explained to them that it’s the first of the month and that will mess with my other bills! Where told not their problem bc a refund was issued already electronically! I’m not satisfied with that at all! Don’t shop with them!"

"These people including the very owner himself are nothing but a complete rip off. This type of business should be illegal. If you decide to purchase ANYTHING from them and go against this advice, just know that if you do not pay off the entire retail amount within 3 months, they'll charge you so much money for the item that after MONTHS of paying for it, you still won't even make a dent in the amount to actually purchase the item! Once you surpass the 3 months on the item you're interested in, they jack up the final retail price so high that you could've bought it three to four times over again! I'm serious! Incredible!!!! Don't make the mistake of allowing them to charge you more than one payment before walking out of the store either, bc you won't get the money back or refunded. According to them, once you make the payment there are absolutely ZERO refunds, NONE! Even if you want to give the item(s) back, and you don't owe anymore money, they still won't give you the extra money you paid.... EVEN IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT THEY DOUBLE CHARGED YOU! by far the worst rental experience I've ever experienced or witnessed in my lifetime. This owner is bringing in more money than a pawn shop off of people who don't seem to know any better on what they're signing up for!!! Please take my advice and just DON'T DO IT! also when you get the item, they automatically sign you up for all kinds of extras that they tack on like their own renters insurance and a "club fee" on top of that....that doesn't include the "taxes" and extra this and extra that. You'll do yourself a HUGE favor by not going through these people. The owner is a con man looking to "legally" rob people of their hard earned money. So sad."
