"I've already told 5 friends about Southeast Car Agency, and we just bought our car 2 days ago. Eric, Tom, Isiah, and Nick were ALL awesome! We were looking to replace my wife's Lexus, that was totaled in an accident 2 weeks prior. We were cruising the internet for the replacement, pretty much the whole state of FL, for the perfect match, to replace exactly what we had. I found this Silver NX 300 on their website (previous one was Red), my wife wasn't sure of the Silver, but it had red and black seats, so it became an option. I started emailing and texting different dealers about options on their cars, prices OTD, and many came back with hidden fees, wrong descriptions online that didn't match the car. Southeast Car Agency, from first email, to phone call, was straight forward. From price, to description, to service, was exactly what we wanted. We drove 2 hrs from Windermere on Saturday just to see it, they knew we were coming. We walked in, told them who we were, they put a temp plate in the car, gave us the keys, they said had fun, and my wife and I took it for a test drive. One of the cleanest used cars we've ever seen. Got back to the lot, told them a few things we wanted cleaned up, nothing major. They agreed. Did the paper work, and we bought the car. Easiest purchase ever. We didn't leave with the car that day, because it was going to get detailed. So I drove up by myself today, returned the rental car 1/2 mile down the street, Southeast Car Agency picked me up, I got back, put our new Sunpass in the car, and drove back to Windermere a BEYOND happy customer.
