"I had the worst experience there today. My heart is still palpating. He handed me my laptop and chased me out of the building to tell me that it's not his responsibility to suggest that I wait for the laptop or just go home and he'll call me when he has checked out the laptop. All he had to say, "yes, I think it's best for you to go home. I'm quite busy right now". I would have complied. I've used their services several times in the past. I guess I will have to take my black self somewhere else. I have referred people to them many times. God's will be done."
