"I ordered several dress up parts for my Hellcat from these guys after having a poor experience with American Muscle with parts that did not fit despite their assurance that they would. I received not only a full credit from AM, but a return label as well. Enter American Car Craft. I placed another order with them and called Robert the next day. He also assured me that he would double check the part number of it all and ship the order. When I got the package, I had the exact same fitment issues as I did with AM. Called ACC and again sent photos only to be mysteriously disconnected. Called back only to be told that the parts were correct even though I sent photos to the contrary. Called again only to be told pretty rudely to send the parts back. I asked for a return shipping label to be told this time that it was my responsibility. Okay, sent the parts back for credit looking to spend the money for other items. Before I could order anything, My credit was reduced by about 15% despite no mention of that charge at any point. Bottom line is that the service was extremely poor and while I have now ordered elsewhere, ACC has over $100 from me to pay for their mistakes. Enjoy the money folks, you will not see any more."
