"I took delivery of our new Solis H24 loader tractor & brush hog this afternoon. This process began 2 months prior because I tend to do a lot of research on these types of purchases. Shon took my criteria for what I was looking for and asked some key questions that helped eliminate some smaller tractors I was considering. He continued to stay in touch over that two months. Managing not to come off as being pushy. When the time came to make the deal happen he put it all together in no time. He helped coordinate the delivery to make sure I got what I ordered delivered to me in a timely manner.
