"Caused electrical short, took no responsibility. Volatile demeanor, swearing while I talked to his wife, Sue. Do NOT do business with this person. I had to get an electrical short fixed at $133 that Frank caused. Even had the repair person call Frank and Sue directly because they didn't want to believe the picture of the receipt with a written explanation for the short. Frank also caused damage inside my RV, a nick in the ceiling and 4-6" scratches in the wood where the mattress is located. He also charged me $100 for 15 minutes of work to put sealant along a gutter. He said after the fact that he charged by the job, not time. He should have told me that before. I wouldn't have had him do such a simple fix for $100. I've left them 3 messages and not heard back from them at all. Sad that they won't take responsibility for damage caused. I'd have preferred to write a glowing review - I can't find their business license or insurance information - it doesn't appear that this is a verifiable LLC. I learned an expensive lesson - don't repeat my mistake!"
