"I had damage to the rear drivers side of the bed of my Tundra so insurance recommended Joe Hudson I dropped it off in the am and the ladies who do the check in was very thorough. It was a good experience. They kept me updated through text messages and phone calls. It took three days longer than expected but I was prepared for the delay. The truck was like new with the repairs. I enjoyed their service"

"I took my car in after it received minor damage to the trunk. The work the shop did looks great but the shop removed a cover to something I guess they had to access, and then left dirt, paint pen marks, and urethane on the interior where they shouldn't have been doing any work to begin with. When I brought these issues up, the shop denied being responsible for any of it as it didn't make sense to them for their service people to have done any of the things that I had an issue with. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt gaslit. I know my car, I know the condition I left it in, and I know those issues weren't there before I dropped it off. HOWEVER, even though the shop denied responsibility, they still took care of everything. They replaced the missing cover and cleaned up the urethane for me. Thankfully I was able to clean off the paint pen and dirt marks myself. I appreciate the shop helping me. I just wish they believed me - denying responsibility means their employees aren't being held accountable for their mistakes and they're not being given the opportunity to learn from them. I can understand why they would want to explain away the issues, and I'm grateful that they took care of everything even while believing they had nothing to do with it. That does speak to good quality on the part of their front office workers."

"Overall very satisfied with Joe Hudson repairs on our car. Customer service at front desk very professional and helpful. They did 2 repairs to our hood and bumper in 5 days- picked up on the 5th day. The only thing we didn't like was the wait to get our car in there - 6 weeks. But, not really a problem for us since our car was still drivable while we waited. Plus, being busy shows how popular a business is too. They work with you on getting a rental car too- pick up service. Highly recommend!"
