"Customer service was very professional. Turnaround time was quick. Called other places and they were far slower. They rescued my tractor and repaired almost new, it is a 10 year old machine. Price very reasonable they did a ton of work on the tractor. Will go back for maintenance. Don’t go anywhere, they are a small shop, are efficient and fair. 5 stars"
"This place is depressing. Walked in the door and I see 2 men behind a counter looking down at the computer screen, they don't greet or say a word, I had to say hello while they stare into the computer screen like im an annoyance. I ask if they repair commercial edgers and one of them rudely tells me no. I drive by here daily and the sign said welcome to county line mower customers but they aren't much like a dealer for lawn care owners at all. Sad that I have to drive over 40 min to find a dealer that is full service for lawn care services. They even have a huge yellow sign next to the door that says "small engine repair" but it is selective I guess."
"I buy parts here. The last time i was there the man running it said the employee just didn't come in one day, so he (his boss ?) Was behind the counter and it was total confusion..i needed a gase line for my weed eater..he had the young mechanic look in the shope fore on which he found..i tried to pay, but the guy just said don't worry about it...i always god great service..even from the old guy..i will be back.. now, I'm looking for a riding mower."
"The one star was a mistake. I thought I left 3. I never leave 5. I was just trying to discuss my problem . You become defensive . That's why you lost a star. I decided to just hang up.. your mechanic is a good mechanic. This review is not because of him. Thank you."
"Very RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!! My husband went to look at a lawnmower and was basically ran off. He was called homeless, a tough guy and to take his mothers car back who by the way died and the car was mine! We are hard working Florida residents who just needed a mower. He was even told he couldn’t afford it! This place should be out of business for how they treat people"
