"It's a good place, Easy for the working man to get home stuff on payments, But be careful those payments come quick, and even before your payment is due someone will be calling a couple times a day to remind you, after all we are stupid"
"Don’t bother setting up a payment plan because they will try to pull money Every day except the day you set up. Paid 6 thousand dollars over the course of the last year on a 250 dollar washer A tv we got on Black Friday for 600 and an entertainment system that was 900 and somehow that totals up to 6000 dollars. Oh and the payments they pull each one will be a different amount. Wendy is no help and no one will give you the resources to get any answers. Just a bunch of “I don’t know” from everyone. And once you have paid 4x the amount and decide enough is enough they are going to try to take you to court over it. Im praying for the day we actually end up in court. I have a year of bank statements make zero sense in regards to my purchase. And a contract that doesn’t line up with anything either."

"The young lady that I have been working with in the office, I believe her name is Wendy is absolutely amazing. She seemed to have quite a lot going on but at no time was she ever short with me nor did she dismiss me. The delivery gentleman was extremely kind and we had a small issue with one of my outlets for the dryer hook up and he waited patiently for my husband to handle it inorder to ensure it was not the dryer. The whole experience with the customer service at this store has been extremely pleasant and it is not something you come across much anymore."
