"Got a fridge from them, the guy Kyle was terrible first he charged my card to the wrong account when he said he refunded the first card and the second card was a mistake but it was take up to three business days. No problem however after a week of not being refunded the five on one card and five on the other I knew I was in for shady business. Never asked to verify anything before he went ahead and applied my payment to the wrong account. I don’t recommend at all. And if they don’t receive the payment on time all they do is call and harrass but when I had a problem with them I wasn’t even aloud to voice it. I just kept getting hung up on."

"The store manager tiaesha is horrible not professional at all I put in a complaint on Kyle who came to my house while my 79 year old mother and toddlers were home and he was knocking on the windows looking through EVERY WINDOW banging on my doors after I had told him in through my ring camera to please step away because I was not home at the time and he was scaring my elderly mother he stated he can do whatever he want I called and put in a complaint and tiaesha basically told me that it’s my problem if I would make my payments on time then this wouldn’t be happening mind you I was only 2 weeks behind store manager is condescending and belittled me in regards of making my payment then Kyle wouldn’t harass my elderly mother and toddlers I don’t appreciate this and I can’t wait to finish off payments I would never rent from here again having a store manager think it’s okay to speak to costumers is such ways and she is the one that takes care of issue and problems corporate should really look into there store manager being rude and non helpful"

"Everything has been good. They work with you if you need some time, everyone os super nice understanding and all and all pretty good people. Just let them know straight up if you need time or ask them to work with you and I'm sure they will try their best to help."

"So I found out yesterday I have been paying on a couch for 3 months I never got because I signed up online. I called and they told me “yeah your couch has been waiting here” ?!?!!? So no one in this store thought to call me. Every week when I called to make a payment no one asked me when I wanted this couch? So I finally get it here late last night. After waiting 4 hours for them to get here. By the time I put my kids in their room the General Manager himself brought “my” couch in. He brought it in so fast cause that couch was DISGUSTING! So not only did you try to steal my money, now you dropped off this piece of junk?!? I mean roach infested!! Nails sticking out. My kids can not even go near this thing. I was afraid to sit on it. When I called the store back I now have to wait 4 MONTHS TO GET A NEW NEW!!!! Honestly this is beyond the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS ."
