"These idiots don't know how to tighten lug nuts!! One week after I had a set of new tires installed on my truck, I noticed one of the lug nuts loose and about to fall off. I then checked the torque spec on the other 19 lug nuts on the truck and they ALL were loose. I COULD'VE BEEN KILLED! The whole experience of buying new tires from this store has been terrible. I had an 8 AM appointment to have new tires installed on my truck. I was there on time, however I was told that my tires were delivered to another store. The manager said he would go pick them up if I could justify the wait. He was apologetic for the delay. After an hour and a half of waiting, a tech came into the lobby and said that my tires had been there the whole time, just that nobody had bothered to look for them. The lobby floor was covered in dirt and leaves, and the bathroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a month. While I was waiting in the lobby, 3 other individuals came in to pick up their vehicles that they were told would be ready, yet none of them were. More importantly, nobody called to tell those customers that their cars weren't finished yet. At least 5 people walked in for an oil change and when asked if they had an appointment, all of them said, "no, the guy on the phone said to just come on in", which seemed to just add to the backlog. There seems to be a significant amount of disorganization and incompetence going on at this place. And there's just no excuse for the bathroom to not be clean."

"Danny was absolutely wonderful! I had a complicated issue where a friend of mine needed a very oddly-sized tire and Danny spent almost 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing various options. I really appreciate that he took his time helping us figure out a solution and, of all the different auto shops I’ve called today, he has been by far the most helpful person I’ve spoken with. Excellent customer service!"
