"I have never experienced rude customer service from Kangaroo gas stations not until tonight after a simple transaction @ this location with an Employee with Tag's name called Taoiwan with very rude, arrogant, & unpleasant behavior simply because i asked her to check tickets & a quick picks & obviously displayed her rudeness by snatched out money from my hand & intentional gave me different name apart from what was on name tag because asked for head quarter's contact numbers to file for complaints. I hope Kangaroo's company provides a better customer service training for all there employees because she simply ruining your reputation if your company failed to address employees like her to be behind your register."
"Very very rude people they have now hired i live close by and everytime i go inside they make rude comments correcting people like their stupid. Including myself i am a manager myself and i would never have such terrible people giving customer service crappy kangaroo im never coming back ill happily drive farther to get gas next time . this doesnt make circle k look good to me anymore"
