"They changed my brake pads in the front and back and quoted me two hours for labor. The Tech finished it in 1 hour while taking his time. When it came time to pay I asked them if they could just bill me for 1 hour of service @170 a hour! They said absolutely not if the tech finishes early it’s just a convenience to me. So I paid the 450ish bill and will never be back. Keep in mind this was only changing brake pads on front and back. No rotors just pads. I really feel like I was robbed after leaving because technically I paid for extra hour of service I never received!"
"Had some problems with my lawnmower tires. Rocked up, presented the issue. Guys behind the counter immediately stepped up, said they knew the issue completely and how to handle it. 15 minutes later, I was squared away and on my way with corrected tires. A fantastic experience end-to-end. Highly recommend these guys!"

"Brought my truck in for an oil change. They suggested I need to replace brake pads on back. Had them do the service. Now, brakes squeak every time I apply brake. Brought truck back in today, they tried telling me that the front brakes were the ones squeaking. NOPE. Overheard another mechanic that it was the back brakes. Hmmm? Had them replace pads again. Still sitting here in the lobby waiting on the finished product. I have been a loyal customer at this location for 23 years prior to Vannoy’s taking over. Time to find another reputable shop. Got here at just after 0800 this morning. 1200 still not completed. …"
"Had a great experience here. The service was good in getting me some different tire options. Turnaround time was awesome and got the new tires installed the next day. I asked them to check out my brake pads and the tech said they were good. That tells me this place cares more about honesty than profit. I'd definitely recommend this place and would use them again."
