"We have used this company is several states and had no problems. This location has given us nothing but problems. When asked to do work but call us first so we know what the estimate will be. That did not happen, they did the work, called to have the car picked up and charged the $2,800 for services rendered!! When asked why they did not call the reply was, oh. I am sorry, I see that now. And we had to pay. Then we had a squeaky belt replaced to prevent it from breaking while driving, since the car is used for work. And the car was brought home ok. Started it in the morning and heard a pop and the car died. The brand new belt broke! Losing a days work and pay to have the car towed. I will leave the next 48 hours of frustration and a case number And absolutely nothing resolved to The reason for the one star rating. This location has ruined us for all other locations."

"Amazing service! Could not be more grateful to Angie and her team for their help. We blew out a tire on I-10 when returning home to New Orleans from vacation. We called Angie and she was able to fit us in that day for new tires and alignment. The team was so kind -- it was rainy outside and they even let us bring our dogs inside with us so we wouldn't have to sit outside in the rain and cold. Prices were reasonable and we were on the road again within 2.5 hours of getting to Firestone. Highly recommend this Firestone location!"

"I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. I made the mistake of purchasing tires here with road hazard and I’m told today that I have to make an appointment 2 days out to have them check one tire that has a slow leak. So I suppose if I had a flat tire I would have to wait 2 days for that too. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. In the past I’ve scheduled online appointments only to be told they won’t honor them. This place is a joke. Go next door to discount tire where they actually seem to care about their customers."

"I went in to get my tires rotated and a hole patched. I scheduled an appointment and they had it done within 30-45 minutes. Ryan was my tech and went above and beyond, noticing I had a pressure sensor light on my dash for tires. He found out the problem and updated Angela who gave me all the information on cost and repairs to allow me to make the best informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. I chose to have it done and they pulled it back in and finished in less than 30 min. Cant express how much joy it brings to not have to look at a dashboard warning light as I have for the last 6 years!!! Definitely scheduling service here moving forward."
