"Bad customer service. We walked in, heavyset, light-skinned (maybe Hispanic?) woman was the only employee there. She was on her cell phone. My daughter stood there waiting for her to lift her head up and acknowledge her presence. I told my daughter to say excuse me and ask her if she could check how much money is on her gift card. After my daughter asked her, she rolled her eyes as if it was such an inconvenience. Then she goes to the cash register huffing and puffing, as if she was asked to do something really difficult. Lady, you work at Claire’s. If helping young children is such an inconvenience to you, get a new job."
